This private Mt. Fuji day tour is designed with flexibility as its core principle. Rather than following a rigid schedule, the route and order of visits are adjusted based on real-time weather, visibility of Mt. Fuji, and your personal interests.
The day is divided into a sightseeing-focused morning and a scenic, relaxed afternoon, ensuring a well-balanced experience of culture, nature, and iconic views.
Morning – Departure from Tokyo & Fuji’s Iconic Spots
Departure from Tokyo (around 8:00 PM)
Your private guide and driver will pick you up directly from your hotel in Tokyo. (Travel time: approx. 1.5 – 2 hours)
Arakurayama Sengen Park
Visit this iconic location to capture the quintessential Japan photo: the red Chureito Pagoda with the majestic Mt. Fuji rising in the background. Requires climbing several hundred steps.
Oshino Hakkai (Eight Ponds)
Explore the traditional village and its eight clear ponds fed by melting snow from Mt. Fuji. Learn about the area’s spiritual connection to the mountain.
Afternoon – Mountain Drive & Natural Wonders
Lunch Break (around 12:30 PM)
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, perhaps trying regional specialties like Hōtō noodles, a hearty noodle soup.
Lake Kawaguchiko Oishi Park
One of the best spots to view and photograph the lake and the full reflection of Mt. Fuji (weather permitting). The park offers seasonal flowers, adding extra color to your photos.
Kawaguchiko Tenjozan Park
Take the Kachi Kachi Ropeway up the mountain for a spectacular panoramic view of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mt. Fuji from above.
Return to Tokyo (around 18:30 PM)
Drop-off at your hotel or a designated spot in central Tokyo.

- 14- 8 days prior to arrival date in Japan: 30% of the tour fee
- 7 – 3 days prior to arrival date in Japan: 50% of the tour fee
- Less than 3 days prior to arrival date in Japan: 100% of the tour fee
