Meeting the snow monkeys in Nagano was magical—seeing them relax in the hot springs with snow falling around was something I’ll never forget. What truly made the trip special was our guide, Yuki, who was incredibly attentive, funny, and full of cultural knowledge. Every transfer, hotel, and meal was flawlessly arranged. It felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. Thank you, Yuki and team!
