As we approached our arrival and throughout the rest of our stay, Yuki became our main point of contact. We were able to easily reach out via WhatsApp, and were also provided with local phone numbers for any immediate needs. My husband particularly appreciated how convenient and user-friendly WhatsApp was. Yuki truly went above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns we had during our travels. The tour guides were also exceptional—each one customized our experience to match our interests and preferences. A helpful tip: be sure to pack comfortable shoes, as there’s plenty of walking involved. Overall, I would highly recommend Japan City Tour for anyone visiting Japan.
