If you’re planning to visit Japan, Japan City Tour is the way to go. Communication via email was seamless, and we had the pleasure of working closely with Kuni during the planning phase. Despite our numerous requests, Kuni was always accommodating and responsive. As we approached our arrival and throughout the rest of our stay, Yuki became our main point of contact. We were able to easily reach out via WhatsApp, and were also provided with local phone numbers for any immediate needs. My husband particularly appreciated how convenient and user-friendly WhatsApp was. Yuki truly went above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns we had during our travels. The tour guides were also exceptional—each one customized our experience to match our interests and preferences.
