Important notice : If we could not book the entry tasks of Ghibli Museum we cancel the tour and refund you without any notice.

Please read the terms and conditions before you book.
- Payment is due by credit card on the 9th of the month before your visit to the museum.
- Please book the tour before the 9th of the MONTH BEFORE you want to visit. For example, if you want to visit the museum on November 5th, you have to book before October 9th.
- Please make sure there are no mistakes in the spelling of your name and spell it the same way as it is written in your passport. Your passport will be checked at the entrance ( Not every time ), so please bring your passport to the museum as well.
- Free cancelation before 40 days prior to tour date
- If we could not book the entry tasks of Ghibli Museum we cancel the tour and refund you without any notice.
